Public Sector Experience |
Laura Kozak, whose expertise is visual communications, and Christine Hagan, whose expertise is marketing and internal communications, paired up to form Kogan, LLC, and began doing business in the private sector as Kogan Communications & Design in 2005.
In 2009 Kogan started to pursue work in the public sector becoming certified as a Women-Owned Small Business by the State of Maryland, and being added to the federal General Services Administration Schedule for Advertising and Integrated Marketing Services (AIMS). The company is self-certified on the federal level as an Economically Disadvantaged Woman- Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). Over the years, Kogan has won public sector contracts with the Maryland Department of the Environment, Maryland State Department of Education, Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and the United States Veterans Health Administration. |
